Police appeal to trace man after bottle of hand sanitiser thrown at staff in Beccles kebab shop




Police have issued a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in connection with an incident in a Beccles kebab shop in which a bottle of hand sanitiser was thrown at staff.

Officers said the incident happened at about 10pm on Friday, September 18 within Beccles Kebabs in Hungate Lane.

They said: "A male entered the fast food restaurant when he became irate and then shouted and swore.

"He then picked up a bottle of hand sanitiser and threw it at staff."

The man is described as white, aged in his 40s to 50s, with grey hair and a grey beard.

He was wearing a white zip-up top with a blue t-shirt underneath, dark denim jeans and white trainers at the time of the incident.

Police would like to speak to the man pictured in the CCTV image about this incident as they believe he may be able to help with the investigation.
