Person trapped in aircraft at Beccles Airfield

Multiple fire crews have been sent to help police remove a person trapped in an aircraft at Beccles Airfield.

Crews have been sent from Woodbridge, Leiston, Wrentham, Beccles and Lowestoft South.

A Suffolk Police spokesperson said they were called at 2pm after reports of a light aircraft crash.

The ambulance service are also on the scene.
