Cucumber Lane and A145 near Beccles closed after crash between motorbike and van as air ambulance called

Emergency services including an air ambulance have been called to a collision between a van and a motorbike outside Beccles.

Suffolk Police was alerted this afternoon to the incident in Cucumber Lane, off the A145.

Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service was called at 3.35pm with two crews from Beccles and Lowestoft South at the scene.

The ambulance service has been called including an air ambulance.

Cucumber Lane and the A145 are closed.

A police spokesperson urged drivers to avoid the area.
