Amazons at Hippersons Boatyard, in Beccles, Castle Keep, in Southwold, and The Four Horseshoes Inn, in Thornham Magna, recognised by VisitEngland as among best in nation for customer experience
Three Suffolk accommodation providers have been recognised as among the best in the nation for customer experience.
The 100 VisitEngland ROSE Award winners were revealed yesterday, and among the recipients were the Amazons at Hippersons Boatyard, in Beccles, Castle Keep, in Southwold, and The Four Horseshoes, in Thornham Magna.
The awards showcase providers who give ‘the the warmest of welcomes’ and provide ‘incredible experiences for their customers irrespective of star rating, style or type of accommodation’.
Andrew Stokes, director of VisitEngland, said: “The ROSE Awards recognise the accommodation providers in England who deliver a fantastic welcome, provide outstanding customer service and make magical memories for their visitors.
“They create the bedrock on which tourists build their holiday memories, encouraging them to discover more of the area and driving tourism spend across local communities.”
The winners were nominated by VisitEngland’s quality scheme assessors, rom assessor comments and online feedback from overseas and domestic visitors.
The Amazons are one of the several types of glamping accommodations at Hippersons Boatyard.
Castle Keep is a self catering holiday home with four bedrooms, sleeping eight people.
The Four Horseshoes Inn, which is near Eye, is a pub which also offers guest accommodation ranging from single bedrooms to family en suite rooms.
