New clinic Suffolk Permanent Makeup near Bury St Edmunds will give clients a 'confidence boost'
A first-of-its kind specialist clinic has been set up with the potential to help ‘give a confidence boost’ to the women it treats.
Suffolk Permanent Makeup opened last week in a purpose- built studio in Langham, near Bury St Edmunds.
Behind the venture is Hannah Pearl who has nine years’ experience as a beautician and previously worked in Sudbury.
She said: “I will be specialising in delivering natural results for eyebrows, eyeliner and lips.
“Clients can be all ages and from all walks of life including business women, busy mums, cancer patients and alopecia sufferers.”
Lifelong Suffolk resident Miss Pearl, who is 29, moved to be nearer her hometown of Bury from Sudbury at the chance of being closer to the countryside.
On the decision to specialise in permanent make-up, she added: “I saw the confidence it can give to people. There was a great feeling for me knowing that I am helping someone who is really going through a hard time. It might give someone the confidence to go outside for the first time in a while. It is taking that pain away from someone.
“Moving the business to Bury has allowed me more free time and also more appointment times for my clients.”
Suffolk Permanent Makeup opened on Monday, just in time for the latest easing of Government restrictions.
Miss Pearl added: “It is a privilege to help give women a real confidence boost and make them look the best version of themselves.
“Unfortunately, I see far to many women lose all or some of their eyebrows for varying reasons.
"Using microblading and machine work I am able to create perfect and more importantly natural results. I love my job.”
