Brampton A145 crash: Biker remains in critical condition after collision at Station Road and Southwold Road crossroads




A man in his 20s who had to be airlifted to hospital after a serious road traffic collision on the Brampton A145 remains 'in a stable but critical condition'.

Police have renewed their appeal after the man, who was riding a motorbike, collided with a woman driving a blue Vauxhall Meriva at 1.25pm at the crossroads with Station Road and Southwold Road.

The woman, in her 60s, sustained a minor injury but was not required to attend hospital.

All three roads were closed while emergency services, including both land and air ambulances, attend to those involved.

The biker was then flown to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge by Air Ambulance.
