The finalists have been chosen for the Bury St Edmunds and Beyond Photography Competition after 383 entries were submitted.

The chosen photographers will be invited to The Apex Gallery on August 20, to find out who has won each category and who are the overall winners in the adult and child sections.

Sue Warren, brand and marketing manager for Bury St Edmunds and Beyond, said:“We had an amazing number of entries for the competition and an exceptionally high standard of entrants. What was really interesting was the way in which people had interpreted the categories giving brand new perspectives on places in the Bury St Edmunds area that many of the judges had not seen or thought about.”
