Met Office predicts warmer end to week for Bury St Edmunds

Warmer weather is expected to return to west Suffolk into this weekend after weeks of blustery and colder conditions.
The Met Office has forecast temperatures of 13°C, 16°C and 13°C for Thursday, Friday and Saturday respectively. It follows on from the 75mph winds felt during Storm Gareth.
A spokesman for the weather agency released the forecast for Bury St Edmunds, as part of their eastern round-up.
This said: “It will be another dry day on Thursday, with variable amounts of cloud and occasional sunny spells.
“(It will be) dry and largely sunny on Friday with cloud thickening on Saturday, with patchy rain later.”
It may cool, however, by Sunday, with frost and showers forecast.
