Mildenhall Police stop vehicle without MOT or insurance and arrest two alleged drink-drivers

A vehicle was stopped and seized after being found with no MOT or insurance and two alleged drink-drivers were arrested last night in a Suffolk town.

This morning, a Mildenhall Police spokesperson said they had a ‘rather busy’ night where they stopped and seized one vehicle for having no MOT and no insurance.

They said two drivers were also arrested on suspicion of drink-driving after one blew 55mcg and another 59mcg in breathalyser tests.

The spokesperson said the team would be back in tonight for another night shift.
