Bury St Edmunds car seized after being found with no insurance and driver wanted for various offences




A vehicle that made off from police officers in a Suffolk town was found with no insurance and the driver was found to be wanted for various offences.

Police spotted the car in Bury St Edmunds, but it drove off and was found abandoned in a nearby housing estate after a search.

The vehicle was found to have no insurance and the driver was found to be wanted for multiple offences.

A Norfolk and Suffolk Roads and Armed Policing spokesperson said: “Unfortunately driver not found but they can say bye bye to the car.”

The vehicle was seized by officers.
