Elveden Center Parcs set for new action challenge building and tree trek shelter as plans approved

Plans for a new building and shelter at a holiday village in Elveden, near Thetford, Brandon and Mildenhall, have been given the green light.

West Suffolk Council approved the plans for an action challenge building and a tree trek shelter at Center Parcs, in Elveden.

A design and access statement submitted to planners said: “The current action challenge building and tree trek shelter have now exceeded their building life and therefore presents an opportunity to provide new, improved facilities.”

The plans include demolition of the current timber buildings and removal of a climbing tower, a new action challenge building, new tree trek and aerial challenge ‘kit up’ building, new footpaths and repositioned fences.
