West Suffolk College in Bury St Edmunds to host student final project art show
A college is set to showcase six students' artwork as part of their final project.
West Suffolk College in Bury St Edmunds will exhibit the work of students on the Level 6 Art Practice degree at the University of Suffolk next Friday.
Johanna Proudlove, Jade Forbes, Eleanor Cawdron, Callum Stoten, Crystal Jeffree and Elena Armes have been studying on the course for the past three years and are set to exhibit work from their final project which will be marked by tutors.
Johanna said that the exhibition will be a variety of different works as each artist has different interests.
She said: "We're all going to do very different things. I am aiming to set up a conscious fashion line, Jade is an illustrator, Elena is a painter, Callum is a mixed-media collage artist, Eleanor is an illustrator focused on children's books, and Crystal is a modern illustrator who is considering tattoo design."
The launch will take place on April 29 from 5pm until 7pm, with refreshments provided.
The exhibition will then be available to view throughout the daytime from May 2 until May 6.
The college can be found at Out Risbeygate, Bury St Edmunds, IP333TT.
