Coronavirus: 18 confirmed cases in Suffolk
The number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in Suffolk stands at 18.
The figures, accurate as of today, also show across the East of England there are 274 confirmed cases.
The total number of cases in the UK stands at 5,683, an increase of 600 since yesterday.
It comes after Boris Johnson's press briefing earlier, wherein he reaffirmed that people should be heeding official guidance on social distancing, especially in public spaces.
There have been various reports and news of people flouting the Government's advice by not keeping a two metre gap between themselves and others whilst out and about.
