Outline permission was granted by West Suffolk Council on March 31.

A planning statement said: "The reserved matters application site area is slightly smaller than the site area for the recently consented outline planning permission, and it is understood that Countryside Properties will be submitting a reserved matters application for the landscaping along the outline application area’s southern and eastern boundaries, which are not in Bellway’s ownership."

It will include 79 affordable homes and two areas of public open space.

Detailed plans for 63 homes at Marham Park were recently approved by the council.
