We delve into Bury Free Press archives to uncover festive photos from 1996 when Santa stopped by our office in Bury St Edmunds




It’s every child’s dream to meet Father Christmas and in 1996 the Bury Free Press made that very dream a reality.

Tinsel was pulled from the cupboard, festive shapes were cut out of coloured card and families were invited into the BFP office in Bury St Edmunds’ King’s Road to meet Santa Claus.
