Our Bury St Edmunds Food and Drink Festival: Here’s everything you need to know
Over the next two days, top chefs will be showcasing their skills in Bury St Edmunds as part of the town’s annual food and drink festival.
Organised by Our Bury St Edmunds, the free event will feature food and drink businesses based in the area.
Mark Cordell, Our Bury St Edmunds BID chief executive, said this year’s festival boasts a ‘stellar line-up’ at The Chefs on Stage Cookery Theatre.
This includes Ching-He Huang MBE, who has hosted Chinese Food Made Easy for the BBC and appeared on Saturday Kitchen.
Ching-He will be demonstrating that Chinese cooking doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming.
Mr Cordell said: “As with all our events, we have plenty going on throughout the town centre for all ages to enjoy.
“As well as the farmers’ market, the fairground rides and a wide range of stalls offering food and drink from around the world, our many hospitality businesses in the town will also look forward to welcoming visitors.”
