Fire near Brandon Leisure Centre

A small fire near Brandon Leisure Centre was stopped by crews yesterday afternoon (Tuesday, April 9).

Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service sent one appliance to the site near Church Road, which arrived at 5.10pm and finished at 5.30pm.

It was reported on social media that the source of the blaze was a tree next to the River Little Ouse.
