Firefighters attend 'smouldering' land at side of A11

Firefighters from Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service are currently battling a fire at the side of the road on the A11 between Elveden and Thetford.

An area of undergrowth, measuring 300 metres by 20 metres, on the verge of the A11 Southbound is said to be smouldering.

Three vehicles, including a water carrier, are currently in attendance.
