Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service sent to tackle forest blaze in Brandon




Firefighters were sent to tackle a forest blaze in Brandon earlier this afternoon.

Three engines from Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service were called to the blaze near Gardeners Cottage, North Court, around 1.36pm.

The flames were extinguished and firefighters stood down at 3.13pm.

It comes after 60 firefighters were called to a barn blaze in Thwaite this morning.
