First ever summer camp at Bury St Edmunds PRU is great success

A pupil referral unit held its first ever summer camp for students, with parents left ‘unspeakably delighted’ at how it went.

The Albany PRU, in Bury St Edmunds , set up the summer school to help eight Year 11 pupils who missed valuable contact hours this year.

The pupils spent two days a week over the summer engaging in a variety of activities, including a trip to the coast and an enterprise day where students showcased projects they had been working on.
