Four people charged after cocaine and £30,000 in cash seized in Red Lodge

Four people have been charged with drug offences after substantial amounts of cocaine and cash were seized in Red Lodge last week.

Ryan Oyeyemi, 26, from Bury St Edmunds, appeared in Ipswich Magistrates' Court on Friday, May 25 alongside Klaus Saliraj, 26, of Pasteur Close, London, and Adenis Laho, 27, also from London.

All three men were charged with being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs.

Lacey Taylor, 23, of Elderberry Road, Red Lodge, was also charged with being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs and possession of cannabis with intent to supply.

The charges come after six people were arrested in Elderberry Road by officers from the Cyber and Serious Organised Crime Unit on Wednesday, May 23.

The officers also seized a kilogram of cocaine and over £30,000 in cash.

Two other people were released under investigation pending further enquiries.

All four defendants were remanded in custody and will appear at Ipswich Crown Court for sentence at a date and time to be fixed.
