Bury Free Press Job Fair: Your one-stop-shop for your dream job




The Bury Free Press is holding its inaugural Job Fair at West Suffolk College on Friday, March 29.

The event has been set up to bring employers face to face with jobseekers, so they can benefit from career advice, guidance and direct contact with recruiters.

The recruitment team at the Bury Free Press, felt there was an opportunity to do something different by extending its already fantastic reach, and hold an event which gives jobseekers the opportunity to interact and seek advice with potential employers.

This will be the first time we’ve held such an event, said Group Commercial Manager Conor Lenaghan, however Iliffe Media, owners of the Bury Free Press have had experience of hosting such events in other areas for example Cambridge.”

Conor added: “We launched our new recruitment service at the end of last year with the aim of delivering a recruitment agency type service, further enhanced by our print, digital and social offering. The new job fair is an extension of this service which will has the aim of delivering candidates direct to employers.”

The Bury Free Press also boasts a fantastic new online recruitment platform with thousands of jobs in the Suffolk area.
