Earthoil owned by Treatt PLC to be acquired by Univar

Univar Ltd has announced that it is to acquire Earthoil, a subsidiary of Treatt PLC.

The acquisition which is expected to close at the end of May means the new owners will have access to the natural ingredients in the natural beauty and personal care market.

Both companies are committed to developing ethically and socially responsible ingredients.
