Grow your own oxlip at arc shopping centre on Saturday

Arc shopping centre, in Bury St Edmunds, has announced Suffolk Wildlife Trust as its charity of the year.

On Saturday, the arc is holding its first event in support of the trust with the launch of its 'Suffolk bench' alongside a grow your own oxlip workshop in Charter Square from 11am-3pm.

Allan Hassell, arc centre manager, said: “Suffolk Wildlife Trust is a marvellous charity that does some incredible work for our county.

"I am thrilled we can support the charity and look forward to a nature-filled year, focusing on how we can all do our bit to help the environment, how natural space can aid good mental health and, of course, how we can support our wildlife.”
