Roadworks in seven Suffolk towns including Bury St Edmunds, Felixstowe, Ipswich, Lowestoft and Newmarket
Here are some of the roadworks, road closures and diversions that could cause Suffolk drivers some delays in the coming days and weeks:
Eastgate Street: January 2 and 3. Two-way traffic signals due to Anglian Water work.
Western Way: Until December 31. Lane closure due to Cadent gas work.
Rougham Road and Rougham Hill: Until February 10. Road closure at the roundabout due to Suffolk County Council work.
Grange Road: Until December 27. Two-way traffic signals due to Cadent gas work.
Holland Road: Until December 23. Road closure and diversion route due to Anglian Water work.
Chalkstone Way: December 23 (between 8.30amd 3.30pm). Road closure due to Suffolk County Council work.
Bumpstead Road and Sturmer Road: Until December 24. Multi-way traffic signals due to Cadent gas work.
Moon Hall Lane: January 2. Multi-way traffic signals due to Anglian Water work.
Foxhall Road: January 2 and 3. Multi-way traffic signals due to Anglian Water work.
Wherstead Road: January 3. Road closure and diversion route due to Virgin Media work.
Queens Road: Until January 8. Two-way traffic signals due to Essex and Suffolk Water work.
Tedder Road: Until December 24. Give and take process due to Essex and Suffolk Water work.
Newcombe Road: Until February 18. Two-way traffic signals due to Suffolk County Council work.
Icewell Hill: Until December 27. Two-way traffic signals due to Anglian Water work.
Churchwell Avenue: Until December 23. Multi-way traffic signals due to Openreach work.
The Croft: Until December 24. Road closure due to Cadent gas work.
