Homebuilder, Hopkins Homes, moves headquarters to Bury St Edmunds, near junction 42 on the A14
A Suffolk homebuilder has relocated its head office.
Hopkins Homes has moved from Melton, near Woodbridge, to Bury St Edmunds.
The move took place on November 4, with the new HQ situated on the outskirts of Bury, near junction 42 on the A14.
The company, which is part of the Untypical group, says the location improves operational efficiency and accessibility, allowing the housebuilder to better serve its ongoing and future developments.
Duncan Jackson, regional managing director of Untypical’s East Anglia region, said: “Our move to Bury St Edmunds is a pivotal moment for Hopkins Homes and the wider untypical group.
“It not only positions us closer to our projects but also places untypical at the heart of East Anglia, reinforcing our unwavering commitment to this region.
“Whilst Melton has been our home for many years, and our roots in the community continue to run deep, we’re thrilled to embark on this new adventure.
“We’re eager to extend our reach, serve new communities and continue to build the distinctive premium homes that people want, need, and are proud of.”
Hopkins Homes says its remains focused on delivering sustainable new homes that meet the evolving needs of homebuyers in Suffolk and beyond.
The company’s ongoing projects, including the Abbots Vale development in Bury St Edmunds - set to launch in early 2025..
