Denbury Homes, in Westley, near Bury St Edmunds, launches key worker discount
A Bury St Edmunds housebuilder has launched a key worker discount scheme.
Under the programme from Denbury Homes, which is developing part of the St Edmunds Gate project, on the edge of Bury St Edmunds, key workers will receive a £500 discount for every £25,000 they spend on one of its properties.
The discount is uncapped, so buyers can benefit whether they are buying their first home or forever home.
Eligible sectors include the NHS, police, fire service, highways workers, Ministry of Defence, education, local authorities and more.
Monty Beaton, head of sales and marketing at Denbury Homes in Westley, said: “Key workers are the backbone of our communities, and we are proud to be supporting their homebuying journey.
“Our key worker discount gives buyers the opportunity to reduce the overall cost of their home, helping them take the next step towards owning their dream home.
“Some key workers are required to move home more frequently than those in other professions, so we’d like to help make their next move as easy as possible.”
The offer is available on new reservations of selected plots.
The home must be the person’s main residence.
