Cartoonist John Elson casts his eye over the week's news

Bury Free Press cartoonist John Elson this week turns his attention to the legal system . . .

John has spotted that changes to the divorce law are coming into effect and, of course, he has a view.

Here's his take . . .

John, a self-taught artist, has been drawing cartoons for newspapers for nearly 20 years.

He draws the cartoons digitally using a stylus and large art tablet. His cartoon today is sponsored by specialist insurers The Assist Group.

He also attends festivals, weddings and corporate events drawing live caricatures.
