Thieves stole jewellery, personal documents and cash in a distraction burglary in Mildenhall.

Residents at a house, in College Heath Road, heard loud noises from the side of the premises followed by a knock on the door at about 7.15pm on January 19.

A man wearing a dark blue boiler suit said there was a problem with the water pipes under the house and needed to get in.

He was joined by two other men.

The first man is described as white, had dark brown hair, was aged between 35 to 40 and was wearing a dark blue boiler suit with a light blue emblem on the left breast.

The second man was white, had dark coloured hair and was wearing a similar dark blue boiler suit. The third was white, short in height, had a thin face and was wearing a grey jacket. Contact 101.
