Bury St Edmunds: MH Star agrees deal with Jaynic to take on Suffolk Park site




Major consumer goods importer MH Star has agreed a deal to take on a 206,000sq ft warehouse in Suffolk Park in Bury St Edmunds.

The company this week announced a deal with Suffolk Park developer Jaynic - who are set to fit-out the SP206 unit with reconfiguration, sprinklers and racking installations.

Jaynic’s construction director, Jason Newman, said: “We are delighted to have won the contract as development managers on the M H Star fit-out with the building due to be delivered by the end of October in time for the November opening of the facility.

"We are going out to tender on the fit-out contract in the next few weeks.”

Jaynic is also in the process of completing the 112,000sq ft warehouse for Treatt's new global headquaters, which is now due for completion in the summer.

Development director Ben Oughton, said, “We are delighted with progress at Suffolk Park over the last couple of years and are in discussions with other occupiers on further deals.”
