A134 between Sudbury and Bury St Edmunds to be shut after lorry hits power line
A major road between two Suffolk towns will be shut after a lorry hit a power line and left the area without electricity.
Police were alerted at 9.10am today to the collision on the A134 in Bradfield Combust.
A lorry left the road between Chapel Road and Ixer Lane and hit a power line.
The road was partially closed and UK Power Networks engineers attended.
Engineers have since restored power to most affected properties.
