A man has been remanded in custody after police officers continue to investigate drug dealing across Thetford.
Ashley Holloway, 31, of St John’s Way, in the town, was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs.
He was then taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre for questioning, and subsequently charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs between May 1, 2023 and October 24, 2004.
Holloway appeared at Suffolk Magistrates’ Court yesterday, where he was remanded in custody.
The 31-year-old was the fifth person to be arrested after a number of warrants were executed across multiple residential properties in Thetford, earlier this month.
Christopher Overton, 33, of Elm Road, was charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs.
A man and two women in their 20s, were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs.
They were released on bail until January 2025.
