Man rebailed by police after arson attack at Verve nightclub in Bury St Edmunds




A man who was arrested after an arson attack at a town centre nightclub in Suffolk has been rebailed by police.

The entrance to the nightclub at Verve, in Woolhall Street, Bury St Edmunds, was taped off by police on November 26.

A man was arrested at the scene and was later released without charge to face no further action.

A second man, in his 30s, was arrested on suspicion of committing arson and burglary.

Today, a police spokesman said the man had been rebailed until Monday, February 27 after he was previously bailed until December 21.
