Bury St Edmunds museum bringing you competition to stave off self-isolation boredom
A Bury St Edmunds museum is partnering with the author of 'Horrible Histories' and a movie prop specialist to bring you a competition to stave off your self-isolation boredom.
Moyse's Hall Museum are putting on the competition alongside renowned author Terry Deary and Reliquary and winners could win prizes ranging from Chewbacca fur to free family tickets to Moyse's Hall Museum's sci-fi exhibition this October.
The museum will be posting a picture of Terry’s King Edmund’s ‘Terrible Tale’ on their website, and are encouraging people to study up on the Edmund legend and come up with their own illustrations.
Terry has called on entrants to draw a picture horrible enough to give him 'nightmares'.
The winners will be displayed at Moyse’s Hall and online at the end of April.
You must enter as a family or team, but it must have at least one seven – 14 year old in.
Entries will be accepted until April 30 and can be sent via Facebook or emailed to daniel.clarke@westsuffolk.gov.uk
