Tottenhill and Thetford A134 roadworks could last for next five weeks




Motorists on the A134 between Tottenhill and Thetford can expect two new 50mph speed limits.

Suffolk County Council is set to complete five weeks of works, costing £98,570, from Monday, June 22, which will see temporary traffic lights installed on weekdays.

One on the new 50mph speed limits will be on the Northwold bypass and the other on the section of road near Shouldham.

The council will also be putting in place rumble lines at the edges of of the road between Mundford and Thetford, and on the Stoke Ferry bypass, and improving road markings around a number of junctions along the route.

Access to homes will be maintained.
