The Darkness, The Vaccines and Jo Brand join Latitude Festival 2024 line up in Suffolk
New acts have been announced for one of the UK’s largest festivals which returns to Suffolk this summer.
Acts added to the Henham Park festival line up include The Darkness, The Vaccines, Future Islands, Lankum Jockstrap, Waxahatchee, Corinne Bailey Rae, David Ducovony, BC Camplight, Marika Hackman and more.
Lowestoft rockers The Darkness, who rose to fame in 2003 with their hit song ‘I Believe In A Thing Called Love’, are looking forward to hitting the Suffolk stage.
The band said: "People of the flat lands, we are returned to our home.
“Celebrate with us at Latitude as we project both the rock and the roll in outrageous quantities.
“You will sip finest faux champagne and nibble on vegan turnip burgers. You will wonder at our outrageous costumes. You will weep at the loudness of our songs.
“What could be better than that? See you in the fields, thrill-seekers!"
The festival will take place from July 25 to July 28, 2024 with Duran Duran, Kasabian, Keane, London Grammar already announced headliners.
As well as music, the comedy bill will include Jo Brand, Judi Love and Joanne McNally who will join previously Sara Pascoe as headliners alongside Lucy Beamont, Grace Campbell, Laura Smyth and others.
Jo Brand said: "Looking forward to giving my ageing memory another challenge at Latitude this year and lying face down in the mud, trying to eat sweets. (That might have been another festival).
“Love the atmosphere, love the audiences, love the whole experience."
