Bury St Edmunds office of leading estate agency, David Burr, appoints new managing partner

Leading estate agency David Burr has appointed a new managing partner at its Bury St Edmunds office.

Lewis Wingate, 26, takes up the role with immediate effect. He will run the branch, alongside, current partner Steven Ray.

Lewis has worked at the branch, based on Angel Hill, for five years. He also becomes the company’s youngest board member.

Lewis said: “It’s a privilege and I am highly excited to take up the role; one which I have worked towards since joining the company.”

Steven Ray, said: “Lewis is a credit to the firm and very highly regarded by our clients, I am sure he will receive many congratulatory messages as he moves forward with the next stage of his career.”

Since launching in Long Melford in 1995, David Burr Estate Agents now includes seven offices located throughout East Anglia, and also London.
