Plans for signs at Elmswell Services were rejected by Mid Suffolk District Council last month due to amenity and safety concerns, however a company spokesperson said EG On The Move would work with planners to remedy the concerns to ensure they are acceptable.

Documents submitted with the application detailed plans to set up a 12 metre multi-brand totem facing the A14.
