All About Hearing opens new clinic in Woolpit, between Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket




A new hearing care clinic opening in a Suffolk village next month aims to help patients struggling to access NHS earwax removal services.

The All About Hearing clinic in Woolpit will be the fifth in the county and will be located at Woolpit Clinics, on the Brickfields Business Park.

Mother and son, Karen Finch and Matthew Coward, who live in Suffolk, currently run All About Hearing Clinics in Woodbridge, Framlingham and two in Ipswich.

The pair said one in six people in Suffolk experience hearing loss and have trouble accessing NHS services.

They hope the new clinic will help thousands of people in the area.

Karen, who is co-director and lead audiologist, said the team are ‘delighted’ to be bringing its services to the village, between Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket.

She said: “This move reflects our commitment to making expert hearing care more accessible to communities across Suffolk.”

Tina Penistone, owner of Woolpit Clinics, said she was thrilled to welcome All About Hearing to her health centre, which offers private medical and wellbeing services.

She said: “Their reputation for outstanding patient care and professionalism aligns perfectly with our values, and we know they’ll be a fantastic addition to our centre.”

All About Hearing is booking appointments at its Woolpit clinic from June 4.

The services is offers will include: assessments, earwax removal and help with hearing aids.
