Eftima Ivanova and Zlatko Alexsandrov appear at Ipswich Crown Court after Bury St Edmunds and Diss thefts




Two people charged with theft offences in Bury St Edmunds and Diss have appeared in court.

Eftima Ivanova, of Hanson Close, in London, and Zlatko Alexsandrov, of Bicknoller Road, Enfield, appeared before Ipswich Crown Court today, having both been charged with four counts of theft on March 20.

These related to four incidents, including two on February 26, in Bury St Edmunds, where purses were stolen, one of which saw contents of about £100 taken.

One incident in Diss, on February 5, saw a purse stolen, with about £803.40 in cash taken.

A fourth incident was in Bury St Edmunds on March 8.

Ivanova and Alexsandrov first appeared before Suffolk Magistrates’ Court in Ipswich on March 20.

They are set to appear before Ipswich Crown Court again on May 14.
