Crash at Fishwick Corner in Thurston, near Bury St Edmunds, sees person taken to West Suffolk Hospital

A person was taken to hospital after a car overturned in a crash.

Suffolk Police was alerted at 10.15am to the collision at Fishwick Corner in Thurston.

A spokesperson said the collision involved two cars and one had overturned.

They said there were no serious injuries but the route was blocked.

An East of England Ambulance Service spokesperson said it sent one ambulance and took one person to West Suffolk Hospital for further care.

The route was clear by 12.40pm.
