The tragic death of a mum has left a family and community devastated, but a fund-raiser in her memory shattered its AU$50,000 (£29,700) target in just two days.
Over 1,400 people have donated to a GoFundMe page in honour of Suffolk-born Emma Lovell, 41, who was reportedly stabbed to death in her Australia home on Boxing Day.
Ms Lovell was raised in Ipswich, but lived in North Lakes, Brisbane, for 11 years with her husband Lee and two daughters. The fund-raiser was set up to support the grieving family in this difficult time.
