Appeal after break-ins at Hengrave and Fornham St Genevieve, near Bury St Edmunds




Police are appealing for information after break-in at a business yard.

The incident was in Hengrave, near Bury St Edmunds, after thieves had earlier broken into a workshop in Fornham St Genevieve, and stolen tools.

In Hengrave, the thieves then used these to break into a secure yard, where they also smashed an HGV tractor unit and horsebox, causing considerable damage.

They also stole a red HGV trailer and container filled with boxes of lighting equipment.

The break-ins were overnight November 23 and 24 between 4pm and 8.45am.
