Police are urging residents to check the security on their garages, sheds and outbuildings after a number of burglaries in a street in Bury St Edmunds.

A number of garages in Mill Road were broken into at the end of last week.

On Friday, May 14, a number of garages had locks cut off, one was forced open and attempts were made to enter others.
