Lake Avenue Store and Post Office in Bury St Edmunds is holding special event raising money for West Suffolk Hospital charity

A post office and shop is holding a special event tomorrow to thank the community for supporting them, with fundraising going to West Suffolk Hospital’s My WiSH Charity.

Lake Avenue Store and Post Office, in South Parade, Bury St Edmunds, is hosting a special one-day event from 2pm, featuring offers and games, to say thank you to the community for their support.

There will be a tombola and cake sale, plus wet sponge throwing and guess how many sweets in the jar, with all funds raised going directly to My WiSH Charity. There will also be a general donations bucket.

Also for the event, the first 100 customers will receive a free goodie bag, there will be food tasters, wine tasting in the evening, a magician, offers and more.
