Beetons Way, Bury St Edmunds, reopens after police incident

A road has reopened following a police incident

Police were called to Beetons Way, Bury St Edmunds, this afternoon around 3.30pm.

A section of the road was closed, near to Abbeycroft Leisure.

Three police cars and an ambulance were spotted the scene.

A spokesman for Suffolk Police said: “A closure was temporarily in place on Beetons Way in Bury St Edmunds for a police incident.

“The road reopened around 4pm.”

No further details have been released.
