Road shut and two people taken to hospital following collision on B1111 Stanton Road, between Stanton and Barningham, near Bury St Edmunds

Two drivers have been taken to the hospital after their vehicles were involved in a collision.

Police were called to the B1111 Stanton Road, between Stanton and Barningham, near Bury St Edmunds, at 7.55am.

Two fire crews were also at the scene.

The road has been shut and recovery is on the way.

Both drivers have been taken to the West Suffolk Hospital. Their injuries are not thought to be life changing.
