Popular sale trail on Mildenhall Road and Howard Estates in Bury St Edmunds returns for third year

A popular Bury St Edmunds sale trail is set to make a return later this summer with proceeds going to charity.

The Mildenhall Road and Howard Estate trail, in its third year, will be held on August 29 from 11am-4pm.

Residents wanting to set up a table or stall to sell items will have to pay £2 and people buying items will be charged £1 for a map of the stalls.

Takings from the day will go to two charities, one being Suffolk MIND.

The event has been planned by resident Tarna Garner with help from Bury Town Councillor Katie Parker.

Tarna said she had been ‘bombarded’ with messages from estate residents asking her to hold the event again.
