Section of A11, between Thetford and Larling, closed due to serious collision and car on fire

A northbound section of a major road has been closed following a serious collision.
The A11, between the A1075 in Thetford and the B1111 near Larling has been shut due to a collision involving a car, which left the road and was on fire.
Though there were reports of the air ambulance on the scene, a person has been taken to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital by land ambulance.
National Highways: East posted on X, formerly Twitter, that drivers should expect delays of at least 30 minutes.
A diversion route has also been been put in place.
