Children and adults alike pose for pictures in Bury St Edmunds with beloved Paddington Bear




As word has spread that a marmalade-loving bear is in town, people have grabbed the opportunity for a photo with both paws.

A statue of Paddington Bear was unveiled in Bury St Edmunds town centre on Tuesday as part of a trail across the UK and Ireland to mark the release of the film PADDINGTON IN PERU next month.

The meticulously-crafted and painted statue, on a bench outside the Apex at the arc Shopping Centre, has been drawing fans in for a photo. See our gallery below:
